The Victorian Government has declared a State of Emergency, so that's where it stands there.
Other states have made declarations under their Public Health Acts.
I think the restrictions may be stricter for those who have tested positive than for those who are generally isolating, but are not positive, but I haven't found where that is stated.
I thought those who are positive basically can't leave home except in a medical emergency, and are supposed to even isolate within their homes, but others in Victoria could be out for food, exercise etc - 4 reasons.
Anyone found where the rules for those who are positive are stated?
