Nothing is ever free……the surgery needs to cover costs of running a business. If I’m not paying with my own cash which I doubt I will be but I’m indirectly paying via my taxes, therefore I reckon the doctor will charge somebody for both visits.. I’m sure the surgery is sending a healthy bill to the government.

Just like the hubs, people needed to be paid for running the hub…….

Oh and I don’t mind paying to see a doctor….I’m think that seeing a doctor should not be 100% free, and that there should be some out of pocket expense.

    that's about right.

No jab, no entry Queensland tells essential staff (inqld.com.au)

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

You pay a premium for accommodation in regional Australia during covid.

COVID premium emerges in the rush to the regions (inqld.com.au)

Qld seems to have gotten ahead of the spread of the virus, so far , while Other States and Territories issue the toughest stay at home orders so far. A curfew in VIC., lockdown extension in the ACT, snap lockdown in the NT, full State lock down in NSW. With luck, we should see a reduction in the number of cases across the board, so Australia can go back to some sort of normality.

Longer, tighter, harder: Battle against virus sparks harsh new clamps on movement (inqld.com.au)

Be careful, you may get stranded, jabbed or not. School teachers are being turned back at the border, they're not considered essential.

If I’m required to travel I’m pretty the business would have all it’s ducks lined up.

I’m fairly certain I won’t be crossing the NSW border anytime soon……

Need not have been like this.
Of course it didn't, you didn't have to drink his beer.

Businesses in regional Vic are frustrated by Melburnians breaking covid rules to sneak into regional Victoria, and are sending them home. Much like in NSW, the country people doing the right thing, with the big city people sneaking out and spreading the virus.
