If you read the link to what's legal at Easter you will see that cars towing vans will be on the police radar. It's precisely this behaviour that authorities are concerned about. Not some one going to their local shop. Many families are virtual camping in their backyards now, sharing their experience on social media. Being an ex military man, you might like to consider this.
