So ..... in the mid 2010s the Liberals and Nationals government - which Peta Credlin was at the heart of -

That is not to say she agreed with that decision. I have heard her berate politicians & Govts. for some stupid decisions that were made.

They submit information online when they apply for a Qld Entry Pass. I'm told checks are made, but I haven't had to do it myself, of course, being a Qld resident.

BTW there are lots of caravans heading north on the Bruce Highway out of Brisbane as school holidays start, so that's good new for tourism operators.
Premier AnastacisP was in Charleville and Barcaldine this week urging people to explore Queensland.
The Queensland Government has launched a 'Queensland: Good to go' marketing campaign.

I dont know what checks, no one ever enquired of me or my workmates, or anyone I know that has a border pass.
We have the necessary documentation if needed and are only going over for work, but one of my mates from Lismore regularly crosses the border for weekends away with his boys mountain biking.

He gets away with it, so it's pretty porous

She agreed with 0.078% of something once, but her lawyers won the day so it was business as usual.

Was out at the roadhouse on Friday and today, Lots of Victorian plates and people traveling through on the Hume. It will be interesting to see if there is transmission to NSW over the next couple of weeks. No Dunny paper in Woolies Yass either but plenty in Aldi, they had a special buy a couple of weeks ago that no one bought, its now in place of their usual stuff, so I guess they'll clear their stock anyway.
