Corona Virus

There should be a royal commission into what caused this panic. [ semi serious here] I just read that there are 200 cases of the virus in Australia, if that is true, what's going to happen when it takes off in winter ? . Mass hysteria, This is definitely not our finest hour. At this point it seems Melbourne is the epicentre of this hysteria, but no doubt it will spread.

Supermarkets are limiting sales of pasta and rice too.

The Chief Medical Officer said it could be June before the outbreak peaks.

We may have to try the Qantas website. We just rang Qantas and the queue wait time is estimated to be 5 hours

We've cancelled our hotel (Novotel) in Auckland with no problem. The car rental company sent us an email yesterday saying that cancellation without a fee is OK if the govt. puts travel restrictions in place (they've done that). We need to cancel Rotorua and Hamilton accommodation. Not sure what else.

Actually that's what we do up here in our hot summers. Otherwise it goes mouldy quick.

We stocked up on that and put it in our cyclone kit a few weeks back. The CMO has been straight & up front with his information, I'd listen to him before Joe Blow

I have been doing this for like Ever and as far as pasta goes as long as you have flour and eggs it's not that difficult to make your own and it also tastes much better than the dried pasta in the shops[thumbsupbig]
