i agree with the metabolic health but thats only half of it. the level of medical infrastructure is also important. and the US has a high level compared to other countries.Quote:

Must be other factors.
One might be the willingness of the population to act responsibly, which seems low in the USA.
Chinas level of medical infrastructure is varied, most people there wont have access to the high levels and they have a very high population density, which results in high case numbers. i believe the deaths in china are near the 8million markQuote:
