Well.....todays planned activities came unstuck due to being up all night with my furry mate having diarrhea. Not much fun for him or me.

The fish. When I cleaned it I saw it had orange coloured flesh like a salmon. When cooked it was a brilliant orange. I'll use that carrot and leek stuffing again - the fish was very tasty indeed. [thumbsupbig] Even her indoors who won't normally come at a trout due to having too many over the years thought it was pretty good. High praise indeed! But next time I'll do it with a much bigger trout.

There will be strong growth after Corona Virus. We just have to cross the valley of despair first.

Over here when they have flesh that colour, they have been dining on the 'koura' or fresh water crayfish. Premium tasting fish when they are like that!
