Quarantine stuff up again! Victoria fail
Fire fighter, security........ Not having a go at the guards or staff Management is pathetic in my view.
Everyone Working in an exposure site should require 14 days offline is needed to avoid this. Several dozen doctors and nurses I know who did work in treating Covid 19 patients all resolved themselves from their families to help ensure they did not harm people they love. This is frustrating and honestly foreseeable.
"Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton said testing indicated the man "probably had a high viral load", meaning he expected his close contacts to potentially become cases. But Mr Andrews said "there's no need for people to panic" after the positive case, adding Victoria now knew how to get on top of outbreaks"
We didn't have effective controls in place from a very well know/noted community risk! The comment "there's no need for people to panic" We will wait 14 days before I think that statement is anything other than rubbish or spin.
Vic back in mask and testing just as we got to 28 days free[bawl] Mr Sutton "the man "probably had a high viral load"," then BUGGER
"the 26-year-old worker had attended a social function in his capacity as a volunteer firefighter."We have been through FRV and CFA have been contacting brigades, they have been doing deep cleaning, they in turn have been contacting their members, their staff as well as their volunteers," he said." A BUGGER plus
"From Thursday all of the 13 major testing sites in the south-east of Melbourne will open early at 8:00am with additional drive-through lanes added. Additional testing sites will open in Brighton and Monash University."
