It surely must be working, if we're now realizing Wuhan Virus has been out there from middle to late last year... and it seems around 85 to 90% get over it - some don't get badly affected. Yet a smaller % are wiped out or worse.

Bonus is, we can easily and cheaply duplicate the above. from a local chemist warehouse or on-line one. No prescription needed !
The WHO and other local authorities won't have a bar of what may be simple, yet effective natural or readily available drugs that work or assit in recovery. Why? Because the is no money in currently available remedies. Big Pharma, governments, and others make $Billions$ out of new drugs whether they work or not, never mind any side effects. Big Pharma don't want people well, there is no money in a healthy population. Curing diseases and other ailments is counter productive to their business model.

    Economic stimulus package

It is a slow day in the small Saskatchewan town of Pumphandle, and streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is living on credit.

A tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the hotel, and lays a $100 bill on the desk, saying he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs to pick one for the night.

As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher.

The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to repay his debt to the pig farmer.

The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his supplier, the Co-op.

The guy at the Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his debt to the local prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and has had to offer her "services" on credit.

The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the hotel owner.

The hotel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the traveler will not suspect anything.

At that moment the traveler comes down the stairs, states that the rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the $100 bill and leaves.

No one produced anything. No one earned anything... However, the whole town is now out of debt and now looks to the future with a lot more optimism.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how a Stimulus package works.

Just think about that. That raises interesting questions if true.
Was the virus circulating in France before the outbreak in China?
Is the virus far more widespread than was assumed?
Have there been numerous undiagnosed cases and deaths in various countries, wrongly assumed to just be influenza?
The world could be quite wrong to blame this pandemic on China.
I think I said in one of my posts that I suspected that this virus had been circulating for some time. Apparently the Guandong area had SARS-like illnesses circulating in 2004 and 2005, so it's entirely possible that they arise quite regularly - this one just has the specific features that turned it into a pandemic.

It could've arisen elsewhere - like MERS did - but it's most likely to have started in China. And I doubt that it simply turned up in December.

We were in NYC and Washington (city) in October/November last year and my wife came back with a bad flu that caused pneumonia and a cough and didn't respond to two courses of antibiotics, so it was clearly viral - could've been just a flu .... or maybe not.

This story could also explain why countries which were slow to respond, such as Italy, the UK and the USA, have been hit so hard. Researchers have found a second strain of the virus, which follows the first and is far more virulent. Incidentally, that second strain is now dominant in Australia.

Well and good to say Italy was slow at responding but actual fact is they were much quicker than most but unfortunately were one of first and hardest hit so they had much less time to react but when they did, they went all out. Where as UK, US etc. sat and waited to see how Italy panned out and look at their numbers now. Italy and Spain did ok considering they were first hit and had huge numbers and oldest populations. What helps is they are also very healthy. Unlike overweight anglo countries.

I call 100% Bull**** on that theory, and if the WHO eventually gets of its arse & does what it is supposed to, the truth about China, its hiding of the truth, the "banishment/ disappearance" of their scientists who originally blew the whistle, then the truth would be revealed.
