Good point Mick. Imho this has been one of the more misunderstood problems with Borders. Everyone wants them, each State make up there own rules & before you can say "Bloody Idiots," they are all changed again, for better or for worse.
Seems like Premier Boofhead's bureaucrats for instance, have not enough to do except buggerise the population around & as for other States, I think they may all be waiting to see how the land lies before deciding to change their plans yet again. Govts seem lo relish the present confusion everywhere & that they thrive on it. I may be a tad biased but I don't believe SA has had people unnecessarily jumping through hoops. Yet.
NB. Don't bank on going to your local shops anytime soon as you may find you may be locked down & visits to the shops are banned.

SupporterIF and that is a huge IF people used their common sense and stayed in their own State until this virus is either under control or there is a viable vaccine available instead of insisting to travel for personal/selfish reasons there would be NO need for border controls.
