We are off to the GP this afternoon for ours. Our GP gives injections like Doc Martin anyone would think he was playing darts. We are lucky today he is not on today so the nurse will do them.

My dear wife has given me a few injections, over the years and I'm sure that she is more gentle with the dogs, when she administers their vaccines.

I had to give my self blood thinning injections in the tummy twice a day for 9 months for blood clots , I didn't enjoy that , you can't inject them too deep & not in the mussel , it was better when the nurse was showing me how to do them they didn't hurt. Would lie in bed skiing my self up for about 5 minutes every time.

Yeah me too. I don't know how the Japanese can commit Hari Kiri when just the sight of a fine needle administered by ones self, in the guts makes one wince. but hey, we did it & "Came out the other side" as seems to be the favourite expression these days.. No, not the needle, the experience.

Also is a bit better than Jigai.

Posted this elsewhere, probably belongs here.

A blog by TravellingK about life in a caravan under lock down in NZ. Or visit her You Tube channel. Good for an escape for a while.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I have heaps of bore water But it is a bit salty although it is OK to use at the base of mature plants , put it on the leaves and it does damage.
i have about 10,000l of rainwater put aside exclusivly for the garden so I pump this into the 220l drums I have in the 2 gardens and hand water with a watering can.
This should get me through untill winter that will fill the tanks and water the garden at the same time
    Roll on winter

If I didn't know better I'd say you were burying stiffs murdered by the other halves of people who were done in after a couple of weeks of Self-Isolation.
