Is it the law in SA that you have to reverse thru creek crossings??!!

Or are you washing off the 127 litres of ATF that's been coating the underneath of your Disco over the last 6 months??

Haha the powerchair goes alright The COVID-19 & Corona free thread.

My car still tastes like degreaser from those 127 L of trans fluid The COVID-19 & Corona free thread. The COVID-19 & Corona free thread. I say tastes as I have no sense of smell and have developed a taste instead of some smells The COVID-19 & Corona free thread.
I just reversed through as was easier. It gets very very deep at times!
Actually found cause of the recurring trans issues but isn't something for a public place but happy to chat privately about it was not my poor cars fault

Glad you cleared that up, as my first thought was, "who goes around licking degreaser off their car?". Reminds me of a David Letterman skit where he would pretend his car had broken down and call a mechanic, when the mech got there he would pull the oil level dipstick out and lick it clean, unbeknown to the mech, beforehand Dave had the sump drained cleaned and filled with chocolate!

Special Schools in Queensland are far different now from what they were when we went to school. No longer are they merely a place to park kids who cannot cope (or be coped with) in mainstream schools. Nowadays each school specialiises in various disabilities, actually allowing kids to reach their individual potential. Ed is very fortunate that the school that suited his needs is only two suburbs from home. He loves it and will now miss it terribly.
Our eldest daughter is a special needs teacher here in Qld. Just before she finished her teachers training she came to us & asked if she could extend her training another couple of years to become a special needs teacher after volunteering to help with the "S " Troop at the Incinerator Theatre Ipswich , 20years + on after helping her students secure work experience & some securing apprenticeships & other jobs from there work experience our daughter has now completed her 3rd masters to become a Vocational Guidance Counsellor at her old primary school. She works 3 days there & 2 days at the high school she was working at before getting this new position. We are so proud of her.

As you should be. Well done Daughter.
We are also proud of 1x DAUGHTER who mastered in Nursing & 1x Grand Daughter who won her way through her Legal Degree in Adelaide & wants to become a Barrister in time.

Presently stuck in Sydney's C19 problems on the eve of taking up a new job in Melbourne. Personal goods were sent on beforehand when the curtain closed before she could get on board a booked Flight.
Her new employer is looking after her in Sydney with accommodation & stuff & has promised her a good quality Serviced Apartment if her Syd. one falls through.

The other daughter is doing well in Aged Care. Grandson is also doing well at a Northern SA Copper & Gold Mine.

But you do wonder where the years have gone since they were little tackers running amok in one's garden.

Look on the bright side Leonie, you may develop a taste for for de- greaser &/or Trans Fluid.

Alcohol would probably be a lot cheaper & the Pub probably doesn't flog oils & keeping a 44 of oil in the boot would be much more convenient as well as an Emergency Supply at a cheaper cost, & if she lets go again you could also have a bit of a refreshing quaff while awaiting the RAA. Job done, A win win.

I though we got Coppers from the Police Academy, I didn't realise they were dug up.
