MIck, you don't want Ron's P38 and Ron, you certainly don't want to take it to the cape! Sonia and I are the proud new owners of a 98 300tdi disco and yes, it's slower than my 77 RR but not by much. I can throw it around pretty well but am not used to it yet.
You know the apprentice will have made sure the parents car goes well and you just need to put some work into the 300tdi to bring it up to speed.
Whilst not the luxury of the P38 you will not miss the headache, and I have seen you with a sore head!
