Still waiting for your Jags and Goldwings Ian
Sold one or two of my pigs for a Crossbow and swapped that for a Rm 80

Brought in Sydney while in the Navy. Ran it to Melbourne and with Fishing Rods on my back all over NSW
Picked one of these up in Western Sydney. Had to make a bank transfer to pay. The Nice gent gave me the bike just not the key to the fuel tank. I ran out of fuel 10 minutes after returning to get the key on the freeway. Nice Gent with a few dirt bikes in the back of a ute stopped to help with a little petrol.
My favourite bike I paid cash for after sea time sent to a shore base. I worked a security job on weekends and evening. I was 18 when I brought it. Some smarty pants assumed Mum and Dad paid for it
JFW4102823-1.jpgGot to WA and missed so many kangeroos on the BMW when working at Monkey Mia I brought a old poo troll. The clanking from the diff had me selling it rather than fixing it.
6774_03012007_1.jpgRecycled Nuclear Russian sub was great fun in the sand in WAs amazing beaches and a trip or to back to Vic. It was not an impressive car for the ladies in any way. Loved it even when the gear box fell out once
Only reason was my Wife didn't like the baby seat in the Niva for some reason? Ex gov car
This is still down in the garage now as the wife's daily drive.
My 2005 Golden Disco is RIP post the oddest of reasons after sooooo much fun - hail storm
While waiting for insurance for the Disco Loads of fun except I hate the hills. My kids loved riding it to the front of the driveway
This beast of a bike was fun + until the gent who failed to give way hurt me just a LOT
Its a RIP as well saddly
The current 2009 which is only partly dressed at present
Ok, see if I can get the timeline right here. Sure I’ve missed some though.
First car was a gacky yellow 1976 Subaru wagon 5D5457FF-33F5-41EA-A857-28E152892CFB.jpeg which was great and went some places it probably shouldn’t have done even with only a high range 4 WD gearbox. Upgraded to a red 1981 Subaru after that with a hi/low range box 7D29C074-DBE6-4963-8B69-024C21E87599.jpg. First Land Rover then came along - a 2a shorty with shagged engine, so we did what everyone did back then and shoved a Holden red motor into it. 0DCCEA8C-A792-495A-AF6E-51D9D473D775.jpg
Went away from 4WD after this for some time and had a Maroon V8 VB dunny door that was in great condition, and I had that for many years as I loved it 097FFB33-9218-45A5-A2A8-FDB473A52D5E.jpg. Then had a car I should have kept - yellow Sandman Panelvan 8E6D01C9-08E2-4CED-B276-27C30D81FA76.jpg. Also had a white HX sedan A035CEF9-3808-442C-9A06-CAD9543A1A20.jpeg Family life started after this and I retired the panel van into storage for some years after the gearbox fell apart and scooted around in a 2 door LC Torana I was given - no, not a 6 cylinder, a crappy 4 cylinder job with the slant 4 in it. After that **** itself I stuck a 3K Corolla motor and gearbox in it and it was a great little car then. Was orange but was later painted yellow, we had that car for years and even bought our first kid home in it - getting a baby capsule in and out of it wasn’t fun 971E04D0-0124-435C-9CBE-72475902D995.jpeg.
Then got a slightly damaged series 1 Bluebird Attachment 159664 - (was silver but couldn’t find a pic of a silver wagon - think they all rusted away before the advent of the digital camera) for $100 that drove fine, so stuck some panels on it and that was the new family car. Converted it to manual from auto and also put LPG on it and converted it to straight gas - has a 1.6 l head decked, stuck 2.6 valves in it and made a manifold up and used a throttle body off something I found at the wreckers. 2.5” exhaust and then let it loose - went great for what it was and served us well until I really lashed out and bought a low KM, blue VN commodore. EF54A42D-E2EA-4B9E-BDB4-CD1C48F71636.jpeg. Upgraded to a red VR some years later. F30FC212-037E-449B-9083-4C3662A0D8B7.jpeg. Had an early X trail 22F1E655-5138-43C5-88F8-9EC42B8470B7.jpeg Last family car before they got their own licences and flew the coupe was the L322 Rangie.
This list doesn’t include the RRC, 101, Jag, Motor bikes (3) or company cars.

Work cars are far less interesting. A string of white vans and trucks mostly.
97 Triton, no AC - too tight for that... 98F0F40A-59FC-4E12-9DCE-5A8B1C1CB443.jpeg
1981 Isuzu Truck 92286CA4-9652-4961-BA77-DBD0E9A723BB.jpg

Then off the tools and into a BA Falcon - loved that car. 1ED2E3C5-EEE2-42D2-92D8-A77228647FC3.jpeg
Then into a frigging aweful Commodore ‘Sports Wagon’ - no idea what was sporty about that bucket of ****, it remains to this day the worst car I’ve driven D4C60E89-D692-4AAE-9DFF-815122113728.jpeg
Then a Craptiva (Still better than the VE dunny door) B3E3FB12-DDA8-4378-AE0B-83CEE0E48BA0.jpg
Then into a SV6 Ute with NO SIGNAGE! That was a hoot after driving marked company cars for 15 years. Was yellow too, not white like EVERY OTHER company vehicle I’ve had. 7139293D-E385-4411-BEAA-83C012A3FCF2.jpeg
Then into my current ride - 2016 Hilux, due for replacement in January with something yet to be determined. AB3106F9-8A47-442F-AA20-61AF4D48AF7C.jpg
Common theme through all of these vehicles is that I always appreciated having a company car, no matter how old, crappy, AC or not - never once complained about what I was or have been given, always thankful which my last 2 Employers have appreciated and that alone has paid off with me getting better and more regular replaced vehicles than others that whines about them and call their managers with ‘Why did such and such get a new car before me - I’ve been here longer’, etc. Current Hilux has hard lid and bullbar - which, yep - you guessed it - others have complained that they don’t have. 😁

Motorbikes - only had a few, in order -
1981 Suzuki GSX250 - restored a pair of these for me and my Wife at the time. Would pull the skin off a rice pudding but taught me heaps about bikes, maintenance, etc. Attachment 159687
Upgraded pretty quick to a Yamaha XJ900 - that thing ran like a Swiss watch - such a smooth engine. Attachment 159688
The what I have now although will be selling it - Honda CBR1000F Attachment 159689
Edit - not sure why the pics don’t show now...?

When I was 15 a mate and me bought a primo Ford Escort MK2 2 door 1600
After 2 weeks it was rolled and converted to a soft top (no top) until it started to sag in the middle and we sold it for more than we bought it
Ford Cortina MK1 2 door 1200 acquired from my older brother
That’s when I learnt to fly (as good as a cortina could off a 4metre high mound)
Needless to say it didn’t last long
Then when I got my license I was the proud owner of a Holden VH common whore wagoon passed down from the oldies
Hillman Hunter 660 Royal 1971 HE
Stock Hunter motor until later on
Hillman Hunter ???? Got me by whilst the 660 was having diff issues (fight with CIG welder)
Hillman Hunter spare parts car ended up as a bush bomb until it broke down out the back of mundairing weir (long walk home) when I returned the next day for recovery it had been stolen (who would steal a Hillman Hunter??)
Hillman Hunter HE Wagon worked GT motor single 45mm dcoe Weber CIG locker (blew diff before I got it home and a locker is more fun than an open centre)
Lasted 4 weeks before it had a fight with a tree
Transplanted engine into 660 just in time for a race with the boys in blue
Datsun Sunny wagon aka the shopping trolley
Harley Davidson 1969 FLH custom front end SS 102ci motor
Sold it after the 3rd time of just about being made temporary by others
That’s when the I saw saw the light
1985 110 County v8
Resurrected as a dual cab after the roof had a date with the ground
4.6litre r380 arb lockers 255/85 bighorns 3x fuel tanks (240 litres)
Unfortunately the new roof had a thing for the ground as well (to be once again resurrected)
Falcon XD panel van
Used for work whilst work being done on the 110 (used as shaggin wagon on weekends)
Toyota Dyna farm truck

VW T5 Tdi400 Transporter EGR DPF removed tweaked cpu
(Still not as fun as a v8 110)
Pride of the fleet (only one with a roof, doors and straight panels)
Another 110 1985 County v8 3.5litre
Drinks petrol and leaks oil as bad as me on the coopers (maybe not that bad, but close to it)
(Not aloud to transplant goodies from dual cab as eldest son wants to resurrect it)
Maybe missed one or two (3 other Hillman Hunters that gave their life)
I’ll have to have a couple of coopers and think about it![]()
1985 110 Dual Cab 4.6 R380 ARB Lockers (currently NIS due to roof kissing road)
1985 110 Station Wagon 3.5 LT85 (unmolested blank canvas)
My 1st vehicle a red Honda CB 400N, well 1st on road, a mate and I shared a couple of bush bashing motorbikes before that as teenagers.
My 1st car a metallic blue VW Golf. I rebuilt that 1500 cc engine after it started smoking.
My 2nd a silver VW Jetta that would look green if parked near trees, blue under the sky, or grey near concrete. I also rebuilt it's 1800 cc engine in this instance it started spraying oil out of the exhaust!
MY 3rd a VN Commodore Wagon in white.
My 4th a Magna Wagon also white.
My 5th a D2 in white, mmm I'm starting to detect a pattern here!
My 6th and current a D3, still a wagon but not white, silver this time and I do love wagons, I find they are very useful.
