I did mention TV and radio as well but, you're right, no one is obligated to engage in media of any kind though, I think we are all obligated to inform ourselves of the current rules. this can be easily done by flicking through the latest copy of the road rules - which I do from time to time.Quote:

* I have seen it on LCD displays in the back of police vehicles
