    Boorowa

Some of the older residents used to pronounce it as Burrowa. The very old farmer who owned the property on which we were renting accommodation used to pronounce it as Burraway.

Thats a Blackvue DR400G , about 8 years old, still works great , Well & truly obsolete now but any of the now avaliable BlackVue cameras are at least that good , and the higher end of their range are much much better.

There is a history of the name in the old courthouse. The current spelling was imposed from outside by the railway. From memory, 'Burroway' is close to the original, although there were variants.
