Looks like things have changed for the worse in the last 9 years, we got our pension offer about 1 month before I turned 65.
No-fuss no hard questions by them only the bank details.

I'm not joking - it actually happened.
You espouse some untrue rubbish! There are protocols and processes to go through, long before bailiffs attempt take possession of goods or chattels. Debt collectors, legally, cannot and do not take possession of anything other than repossession of securities, for nonpayment.

I know a guy who was a debt collector. Nice guy and will do what ever he can for friends/neighbours etc....BUT.....some of his recounting of practices he engaged in for the debt recovery company which employed him were mind blowing.

I also know a guy who was a debt collector. He offered to do some work for me.
Iam glad that I didn’t take him up on his offer as he is now serving a life sentence for multiple murders!

And you're an IT guru, how are the rest of us going to go? I think I'll have to get my bean counter to do the lot.

I have never had anything to do with Centerlink, to my knowlage.
    I don't want to either.
Subsequently I will keep working for exactly 5 years after my death.
By then I should have everything paid off.

I am surprised that a rich computer shop and highly profitable Forum owner would have been eligible for even a part pension - I hope you have put down my subs as income
