I couldn't say either way. But from my understanding they can be pretty darn slow and not great on answering emails/phone calls. So I probably would be worried yet (I'd be annoyed though...), unless someone knows something more.

Hope someone might be able to shed some light on the current status of Tuffant. Ordered and paid for a set of 5 Steele Gen 2 in early August with delivery later in the month. No one answering the contact number or replying to emails.

Absolutely still in business. Apologies for not being available this week, we are away in Carnarvon and the Capricorn Coast testing some new products. The reception is patchy at best.
The Gen 2 wheels arrive into our warehouse next week and all backorders sent out then. You should have received an email update sent out to all preorder customers on September 4 as well as everyone was called to give them an update.

I would really like to hear your experience about TuffAnt being slow to respond and not great at answering emails and calls, infact we pride ourselves in doing quite the opposite. TuffAnt has always been about great service and every phone call has been answered or returned called.
I've had nothing but awesome service from Natasia and the Tuffant team.
