Mum and Dad always wondered if living near HT powerlines caused my brother's death. Or even the X-Ray machines shoe shops used to use.... Personally, I reckon my GP nailed it.

As for Trump, .. na, I'll leave that for CA

76 + 87 = 163. Nah at age 163 I won't be bothered arguing the toss about anything. Well, maybe nooky time again.

Yes, those have been discussed for many years. We all mostly had shoe fittings with the foot X-ray, indeed it was beneficial in that the shoes always fitted where they should but again no one seemed to appreciate the future little known risks.

Power lines "could" be a culprit imho (???)t so what say the Electrical Experts on here?

To me it sounded a little far fetched, even though know they radiate. But my sisters all spent their early years there. But, if you've lost a 9yo after two ****ing awful years you're probably entitled to grasp at the odd straw.

    Probably with some justification.

There are plenty of studies about the effects of those large power lines and cancer rates within a distance of them both workers and residents. What they cannot prove is the direct connection. Think it is referred to as causal

Powerlines produce an electromagnetic field at 50Hz. But the intensity of this decreases according to the inverse square law, so that the field from the powerlines, unless you are directly under them, will be less than that experienced by everyone living in any modern house, where they are surrounded by a web of wires within metres of their body (or millimetres if you sleep with an electric blanket!).

Nobody has ever been able to either show any real evidence from population data (even if such data exists, is it the powerline or is it the social effects of living in an undesirable locality?) of problems, or even think of any physical/biological mechanism that could explain such data if it could be found.

Did you get the Anti Viral's 350RRC ? Hope it's a smooth box of tissues only sir. Pregnancy can be easy or hard! FYI I was a NOVID — until I wasn’t
Haven't been able to post for awhile due to sporadic disharmony between this MacBook and aulro.

No anti virals, but probably could have wangled it.

Tested full blown positive for 12 days, then got down to negative after another five.

Just treated the symptoms.............. codral for the sinuses and aching eyes, ibuprofen for aching joints and temaz to sleep properly.

No chest problems at all, but I could tell it was just a hair's breadth away. Glad all vax was up to date.

Just getting energy back in the last week.

Biggest issue was all the work I couldn't do because the results were positive for so long and some clients were in their 70's and 80's.

Saw a snazzy e-car in Queenscliff about 2 weeks ago.

    cheers, DL

    Cellular Robotics XLUUV

    Autonomous Underwater Fuel Cell submarines

I like Canada The nifty robotic company happens to be in one of my favorite places. Right near another company I know of and watch in the Hydrogen Fuel Cell space. I suspect a link.

This is 'NOT' the one Australia might be looking at I heard. "Tech firm Cellula Robotics (Cellula) has partnered with Trusted Autonomous Systems (TAS) to develop the next generation of fuel cell-powered, extra-large unmanned underwater vehicle (XLUUV) for Royal Australian Navy (RAN)."

As much as I love Nuclear power I suspect economically and effectively a few dozen of these would be a LOT cheaper than just one Nuclear Sub. As a Anti Sub Sonar type I am impressed. As a former sailor I am often shocked about what would be Nato Confidential/Top Secret or higher found floating about on the internet

The News Cellula, TAS to develop next-gen XLUUV for Australian Navy - Naval Today

Solus-XR Brochure_2022_X06 (squarespace.com) One type not the secret one!

Ballard Power Systems is the company I suspect making the Fuel Cells - Just a few miles from Cellula- NOT INVESTEMENT ADVICE

Will my long-lost security clearance bite me for finding this cool science? Perhaps it's just me being wet again

mate I grew up with died young riddled with cancer but lived 20yrs as close to huge electricity transmission lines as would be allowable at Eltham, Vic. His trick was to stand under a tower with a 5' flouro tube which would light up.

Not suggesting no risk from radiation. I did have an interesting man come up to me in Ocean Grove to let me know I cannot have children as I was sitting on a battery in my EV!

He thought it fired my I raised the O-Boat (submarine) and got a surprise. He was a JR from HMAS Leeuwen like me. The chat about that was far more interesting. He was a sparky- Radiation Hazards on warship are usually well marked. He Mentioned a gent who hid inside a marked area to not be seen Some of our radar and other kit is a lot like being inside a microwave if your too close!

A Vasectomy made his thought on my car less relevant for some activities

    Sad about your mate!
