i don't like the inferences here on ace, the problem seems to not be ace, and i was accidentally requested payment for a jumper by ace, and paid up front for it, then when the dust settled, and i realised that i actually hadn't ordered the item [even though i paid for it]he [ace] refunded the money - by reverse transaction immediatly.
so i do not believe ace is trying to hide something.
and this is the most important thing here -
yabbie - you have tried and condemmed ace without [as i see] a chance for him to reciprocate to your queries without berating him in a public forum.
i have not been following the jumper thread, but to raise it in this manner is not acceptable.
i think you should pm ace and sort this out, then report the result here.
ace, you have my apology for interfering.

Jason, the post i made regarding payment was over a month ago, i made payment a fortnight ago because a purcahase order wasnt available given we arent a formal club so Canterbury wouldnt invoice me for the jumpers, as a result i paid up front. The reason i didnt tell anyone about this is because it wasnt really important, provided people get their jumpers it doesnt really matter when i pay for them with the money people give me as i am the one responsible for the order.

I ordered the jumpers because i love this forum like the rest of us and wear any piece of clothing which bares its name to show off the fact that i like the forum. I also like doing things for others, hence the stickers and now the jumpers.

I can understand why you are angry, i am not particularly happy with having to wait nearly a month longer than the initialially stated delivery date but as you know me personally you should be aware of the fact that if i say something will be done it gets done.

Guys, i appreciate all the support and backing me up but Jason is still a mate ans whilst this situation got messy lets all remain mates as thats what sets this forum appart from the others.

Ok some good news at last. I just checked my emails and sure enough there was an email from Canterbury, the contents are below, word for word.

    Matthew,

All jerseys are having the embroidery completed as I am writing this
email, the embroidery company is one main person short as she got hit by
    a car at the Airport.

The jerseys will be despatched mid next week to the address on your last
    email.

    Kind regards,

As a result of the above email i will be posting the jumpers out as soon as i get back from my holiday on Monday the 10th of July if i make it back in time for the post office or the Tuesday the 11th, people should see their jumpers buy wednesday or thursday some of the more distant members will most probably get them on Friday or possible the following monday at the latest. Thanks Harry, as for sorting the situation out there is nothing to sort out, i think the ribbing Jason has recieved from everyone else will more than make up for all this. Which really has been a misunderstanding, Jason wasnt aware I had paid for the jumpers because i didnt see it as important given people just wanted to know when they would get them, as a result he asked if he could cancel his order not knowing also that once ordered and in the pipeline they cant be removed.

But what should have been realised is that i am a top bloke, and a really good looking one and i have had this all under control from the start.

All is good in the land of AULRO, lets move on you will have you jumpers in a fortnight or so. Matt
