I love Black Jelly Beans. Appropriately they can come out back assed as well. Could be bad or sad if dunny paper is lacking

That seems to be a Medical Staff issue/weakness. Very scarce here. I don't know how little kids get on, maybe have them snatched out of their hand before they can get those into their gobs.


Have seen evidence of a kid's finger being used & wiped on a wall. Cursive too. Kid's parents were both GPs. Old English font would have been great had they really tried.

Looks like we are going to see first hand how dangerous Omicron can get, with ' experts ' predicting 25,000 cases per day in NSW within weeks. We are told to ignore the case numbers, just look at the hospitalisations and numbers in the ICU. Lets hope this best health advice is the real deal.

I truly hope the Premiers are up to the mark when THEY say "we are all prepared & can handle that case load, & it wasn't all ballcocks. It's like day 2 but 10 times worse.

How can one ignore the case numbers when they are so bad & can easily evolve into Hospitalisations?

With each of us trying to get to that little desert Island I think it might be HIGH RISK.

Get your booster 3rd dose early next year and relax if fully immunized.

I do worry about the unvaxed I chatted with today and the rest of them. We cannot help people who do not help themselves Des.

Des, the problem is no one really knows what will happen with this new variant. We have to remain positive, and trust that fully vaccinated, with a booster, we will be protected from the worst effects. It doesn't give me much confidence when I read South African reports, that say evidence shows the low rate of hospitalisation could be because most of the people who have been infected are young, and have had COVID from the previous waves that swept thru Africa, and have built up an immunity. They are saying that this may give a false indication that the new variant is not as harmful as Delta, but that they don't have enough data to publish that as fact. What they do say is other jurisdictions not in the same position as South Africa must treat Omicron with utmost caution. What concerns me is I don't see that caution from the jurisdiction in this country that showed the same lack of caution once before. But mate, stick to safe COVID practice, become a hermit until this is over, we should be ok. We'll see you on Henley beach and shout you & your good wife a sea food dinner.
