I became eligible for a booster (based on 4 months) on 22nd January.
First available appointment at local heath centre was yesterday.
Last night my arm felt slightly sore, although I didn't even have that with the two AZ shots.
It was still very slightly sore this morning, but not enough to stop me going for an 11.6km paddle on the Tuross River and Bumbo Creek.

Excuses excuses. The sore arm dose not hurt more weigh lifting, chin ups or running promise Get on your boat

    You are right.
It doesn't hurt doing those things.
I didn't feel the arm at all while paddling.
The only twinge this morning happened after the paddle while I was changing out of my perspiration soaked shirt into a clean T shirt.

There seems to be a wide range of reactions to the covid needles and the booster.
    Cheers

Had my booster 14 December, went home watched my DVD of the Wallabies grand slam tour of the British Isles. Totally exhausted by the last game. [ Thinks ....that was a very long time ago...]

Perhaps people's perceptions of discomfort cover a wide range, as well?

I was doing a 10km run for my first fizer 3rd or 5th dose? - I compromised and took it easy - it was a 20km day

Dig a little deeper - your safety from Covid hasn’t been improved, however a heap of WA citizens have had/are having their freedoms and rights eroded right under your noses.
And here is an example of government overstepping the mark. WA bans unvaxxed parents seeing sick kids in hospital: Andrew Bogut slams ‘sickening’ Sunrise clip | news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site

The chances of an unvaxed person being a risk to anyone other than themselves in a well vaccinated state like WA is is very small. This comes perilously close to compelling compulsory vaccination, all to satisfy the WA Govt ego trip.
