Sad, , i'm really dead set against these side walk cafe seating, have then o here, a cloth and stand separating you from cars parking. At least here should be a min safe distance and strong bollards. The councils are getting revenue from public foot path.
Looking at that set up it is further from the kerb than the ones we have here where they are almost on the kerb, a wayward fork from a diner could scratch the parked cars.
