Another Pat on the Back for British 4wd

Another pat on the back for British 4wd in Tassie.

My Freelander needs new brakes and the rear brake shoes are not available at brake specialists and mainly through the stealer - they wanted heaps.

I went onto the British 4wd website and ordered what I wanted - or so I thought. About 15 minutes later I got a call on my mobile from them asking did I really want enough brake pads and shoes for 2 cars - well no, only one thanks.

British 4wd could have easily just filled my order as placed no questions and I would have been out of pocket big time. They appreciated that it was probably a mistake and immediately called me.

Well done to British 4wd - I certainly recommend them - oh and their prices were only about 2/3 of the stealers.

I will agree whole heartedly Alan does a top job and is always willing to discuss any problems with me over the phone before i order the parts, and on every occasion he has been spot on with his diagnosis. He also posted my parts and held off taking the payment from my card until my pay cleared today so i could get the car fixed today instead of waiting to take the money today and posting them so i would have gotten them tomorrow and had the car off the road for another day. 2 thumbs up. Matt

I can second that comment. I just ordered some stuff online and the turnarround will be 2 days. Just in time for the weekend. It's a really great service. I highly recommend it.
