The Jeep driver, from Chipping Norton, refused alcohol and drug testing, and is currently being questioned at Cobar police station. Isn't refusing testing after an accident in itself an offence in NSW?
Edit: He has now been charged, but the news item did not say what the charge is.
He may have been couriering some illicit substances as well as partaking in same ?
