    GAP iid tool URGENT UPDATE

    Hi all,
I had some problems with my beast that I have sorted recently,BUT I became aware that GAP have had an URGENT
update to the iid tool that had recently came up on the app.
To all those with the iid tool, it may pay you to check that you have the update for your tool, then update your phone/tablet
so you wont be caught out using a buggy system.

    cheers

Huh. Nothing on the app. Nothing on the updater. No communication from GAP (situation normal). There was an update available for the device so I updated it.

Frankly GAP are **** at communication. No notifications, no changelogs, no news posts and even though I'm subscribed to all the E-mail notifications on their web page a complete and persistent lack of any info at all. Not even the "your device has an update available" e-mail.

Who knows what they've updated because they never document anything. At least the car hasn't burst into flames.
