Coming to a showground near you.

    Plenty of ingenuity.

Not so much practicality or legality.

Would attract some attention at Bedourie and Boulia eh.

I've seen it often Mick, but not in the flesh.

A bloke by the name of Werner Kroll owns it. He lives up Jerry's way I think. He also owns a little Messerschmidt as well.

He has two Messerschmidts, one of which is now electric powered. I'm told it is incredibly quick off the line

In the fifties my Grandfather was the importer of one of those German bubble car brands. Not sure but memory says it was Messerschmitt. Even brought out a factory trained mechanic. Was not a success as Queensland insisted it was a car not a bike which pushed tax and insurance up to a level where a car was not much different in price. They were bikes not cars in Germany

German Shepherds would've been cool with it.
