I am still trying to master the new AULRO CAMAREDERIE secret code before I reply to this. The Mrs has discovered my AULRO name so appropriate measures will need to be put in place.

Oops..... My humble apologies Spud............ did I let something slip the other night or was it exposed through 'womens talk'?

No, the female of the species has a way of finding out things.

Looking forward to the Mrs figuring that one out. "Has he booked or not?".

When I first enlisted with AULRO, my dear wife asked me as to the purpose of the forum.

I advised her that it was for "Socially challenged folk who have an affinity to all things Land Rover, as one of their idiosyncrasies".

The immediate loss of interest was apparent.

Perhaps a similar approach may work, Spudfan?

If I adopt that approach it could be counter productive. You see the Mrs thinks that I am unique. Letting her know that there are more "Socially challenged folk who have an affinity to all things Land Rover, as one of their idiosyncrasies". out there might destroy the illusion. It would be like buying a supposedly rare bottle of wine only to find out that it was on sale at the local supermarket. I think I will try to keep the mystique alive for as long as I can.

My wife said "Isn't it bad enough you have a Land Rover without reading of other people's?".

I can hear it now "Do you not have enough problems with your own?."
My reply "With you or the Land Rover?". (Actually this would be a mental reply, so unless she is telepathic I'd be safe enough.)
