    I doubt whether scammers would bother the residents of Canberra too much, seeing the place has the biggest scammers in the country.

    How does that joke go? There are two types of people in this world - those that can extrapolate from an incomplete data set...

    Thanks for the mental exercise Dave...it takes the idea of extrapolating from an incomplete data set to a whole new level.
