As a matter of interest, how many countries play each other in AFL?

Could be heaps of teams in the "AFL World Series" if it is anything like the Baseball World Series which is really only North American teams.

I think the Murray's coach got lost in the backwater called Melbourne and didn't arrive til halftime.
Alternately, Billy got detained. Whatever he said at halftime, would have better been said before the game.
