    Freelander coming back as an ev

    Just read that jlr have signed a deal with Chery in china to bring the Freelander back as an EV based suv…

    cant' wait to not want anything to do with it in anyway. Why would a manufacturer be stupid enough to invest further money in any electric vehicle. how much more evidence do they need that the majority of us do not want them

    While people keep buying, which some are, manufacturers will keep building. Some like yourself will be haters, but others are not. The latter are the demographic EV manufacturers are catering to.

    Some places where the Green Party have a lot of clout are pushing them hard and making it difficult to own anything else.

    With any luck the recent EU elections may be about to change that. Not holding my breath, Reckon the UK at least needs some more bitter medicine before change will happen.
