Imagine living in yesteryear, before modern medicine, anaesthetics, scans etc. A simple knee twist could snap a meniscus and you have a Gammy knee and a cane for life.
Let's not even think about old Dental procedures.

IIRC the Oka wasn't supposed to be there, and it was somebody mismanaging the seats in his car that made it so...
