I feel for you John. One of my mates when I lived in Dubai was Coeliac. Like, if his food was cooked in a pan that had ever seen Gluten he spent a week in ICU. We had a very small list of restaurants we could go to and one literally had a pan hanging on the wall with a tag that said "Habib's pan". My brother in law and nephew are both Coeliac (not anywhere near as bad) and we've yet to find pretty much anything for them that is vaguely tasty. Thankfully they're in the UK and this doesn't come up often.

On the other hand, sounds like a good test result. Win!

Unfortunately for me, some of my results have gone south recently.

Glad to hear you're test scores improved!

Well coeliac, sounds like it's a carnivore diet now!
