    It’ll be back.

Just for the record, I won’t be buying any of them.

The poll is missing an "Anything else" option.
MY08 D3 - The Antichrist - "Permagrimace". Turn the key and play the "will it get me home again" lottery.

I don't think I would dream of paying that much for either of them! (Or even half that!)

I guess the south african 2.8 6cyl is pretty rare so it is allowed to be a bit more, not sure if this much more

Still, if I had a 120K to burn with a gun to my head, the red one. A roll bar will fix the safety issue but nothing can fix the short comings of that other heap.

    cheers,

I was heading down that wombat-hole.... till the Munni Manager pulled me up...

I F. I had enough $s, I'd have fitted. "ANY Other Engine" to replace *Lady Sarah's. 3.8 litre gutless & Thirsty abomination.... that Thing I hated with a passion, - and spent the rest on replacingl moving parts...

Evan a Jap V6 engine would have been a huge improvement ! e.g. our 335K CAMRY wagon runs like the proverbial Swiss watch, ('Sewing-machine' oil now) and is hoon / boring... - depending on Right Foot.

The 2.3 litre Crown of my youth could sit on. xxx km/h. ALL day. - once across the Nullabor without slowing... The Engine ultimately defines The Car.

The seat maker, Recaro, went into administration. You can be sure INEOS isn't the only marque to suffer. It will sort itself out.

The engine hasn't been the problem, touch wood. It's all the other bits. Oddly enough, the replacement bits have way outlasted the original bits.
