Not too bad. The axe went in at an angle so flesh wound. Lots of blood. We managed to get it cleaned before I headed for medical assistance. Back up on Monday for a check on it. They wanted to know if the axe was rusty! I said that it was fairly clean, but they gave me a tetanus shot. When they checked my records they found I last got a tetanus shot in 2003.
Was scheduled to collect the 200 tdi today as it was in getting work done, but I had to ask someone to do it for me. Driving is out for a while.
People think that the reason a lot of axemen wear Dunlop Volleys is for grip, but it is because they are cheap as chips to replace if they chop into one.
