White smoke has been seen at the Vatican, so check your email to see if you're the successful candidate.

I have just changed my name to d2leo
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

The US have constitutional limits on the amount of time someone can be president. The Vatican has biological limits on the length of time someone can be Pope.

I did say in my OP that I didn't want the pope job as the pay was crap.

It must also be a very dangerous job as most candidates don't usually live a long time after getting the job.

A bit like lawn bowls. A very dangerous sport. More people die playing this sport than any other.

Rangie Popemobile with a 3.0l SDV6 engine? He'd be 'His Crankiness' after the crank shaft does it's usual trick.
