I think most would favour the Top Gear View

...at least they got the RR in there. But the Kia and The Xterra

What do you expect of people who are notorious for drinking wine out of a plastic mug??
    Johannes

There are people who spend all weekend cleaning the car.
And there are people who drive Discovery.

    Hi Guys

You have to give them credit for patriotism, the first 5 are Red White and Blue - American only then do they get to the imports. Given the same patriotism and the 1776 war of independance it is lucky that the RR got to number 7. The only cars that rated lower came from Japan who sunk the US Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbour.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

That's got to be a joke.

quote "Kia Sorento might seem a bit outclassed for this list."
    ermmmm, do you think!

quote Range Rover - "still one of the most capable SUVs"

SUV ? bloody SUV, erm hard core off roader with comfort I would say.

Has anyone driven a Kia Sorento?

Just because we all drive the green oval product does not make it the best.
I'm have 2 RRs, but in no way do I think they are the best 4wd.

In fact, I can't judge them.
Having never driven a Kia, or a Lada, or a Patrol, or a BMW, or a VW, etc I can't say what is best (or good or bad).

Sometimes people should take the blinkers off and open their eyes.
