    Headaches

What's the best cure for Sydney induced headaches? I had a conference down there today...Up at 4am on a Saturday to go to 'work' and not getting paid for it. Aint things like that illegal!? Now my head hurts. I dont know how Sydneysiders handle it. Even the traffic there scares me! Damn those E-tags!

    Panadeine Forte at maximum dose??

As for E-Tags we have only one with 4 cars linked to it... and still get charged $1.20 fine for every scan tower thingy you go under if you dont carry it in the car (yes even if its linked).

I hate to say it, but the only cure is not to go there. I grew up in "lovely" Sydney. That's why I now live the best part of 300km away in Braidwood... and it's amazing how many people I meet in Braidwood come from Sydney. It used to take me 2 hours to get to work - yuck!!

There's a simple rule to existing in Sydney - dog eat dog. You live agressively, drive agressively, talk agressively, even sleep agressively. That's why they have riots.

    Couldn't agree more.

For about 3 years I used to spend 3 days a week in Sydney. Fly in pickup hire car drive to site of work... Only had to be in traffic for an hour and I would start to feel burnt out! Worst city in Australia IMO, closely follwed by Brisbane then Melbourne .

I think it is the smog that does it for me. I'm used to clean mountain air. And as much as the bundy sounded like a good plan...I ended up settling for the bushwalk, relaxing watching the light dry up until it was dark. I'm making a mental note to avoid Sydney indefinately. I think I can manage to keep the visits at a once per year limit. I still feel sorry for all those people who somehow manage to endure it. Yeesh, my condolences!

Only the most rugged can survive Sydney. Believe it or not, the E-tag make life easier and keep the traffic flowing - relatively.
