I drink what's on special usually within reason. I used to drink XXXX all the time but the price has risen past the $30 mark, I would rather pay more for something better.

I drink Carlton Draught or Carlton Cold these days. Boags are bloody nice as well as Cascade, not a Tooheys fan although I would drink it if I was desperate.

What happened to all the old $20 specials (well maybe that was a while ago)

You know the stuff that tasted like horse p* drained thru a football sock.

    Brisbane Bitter (i.e. Brisbane River)
    Melbourne bitter
    XXXX Draught
    Big Red
    Export Lager

Although Dan Murphy (hmmm Dan's), always has Amsterdam (a cheaper Heineken) for $30 a case. Its not a bad drop actually. They often have specials where you get a case for nicks with a case of whatever red or white they have on special.

    Hi Guys
Homebrew is the go.Ive got a keg system, run 4x18lt kegs(2 cartons in a keg) seem to do a keg a week(with help),running the 4 kegs ages the beer nicely. My favorites are Coopers Australian Pale Ale,Coopers Mexican Cerveza(Corona) and Coopers Bitter.Occasionally do a full on stout or too during winter.
We drink more than our fair share of Swan Draught after work, quite a nice drop isnt it Sly Will be looking into a homebrew equivalent.
Dobbo, you would be thinking of The Sail and Anchor,I grew up in Freo, and got horribly messy on DogBolters many a time

    My list goes like this
Pure Blonde (the worst ever name for a beer, and yes made by CUB, but very nice and easy to drink, give it a go sometime)
    Cascade
    Boags
    San Miguel super dry
Flinders Brewery Golden Ale (when i'm rich, $75 a slab)
    Carlton Draught when nothing else

Other than thet i'll drink anything

    Except Melbourne

Ive tried that Pure Blonde, not a bad drop at all.I actually make Coopers Canadian Blonde during summer, its another great Coopers homebrew,a tad lite for winter but a refreshing summer brew.

I will have a few Boags Strong Arm Bitters on occasion.
Other than that it's either Carlton Cold or Carlton Draught.
    I also hate Tooheys
