Just kidding, but a mate of mine shelled out recently for a house, he only looked at the garage.. True..
His missus liked the house,he loved the garage, so he said to the agent,, ITS A DEAL.
Nice house. If it doesn't have a decent garage/shed then it is not worth having!

What I hate is when you are looking online for a house as I currently am (when I'm not on here of course) and the ad says shed but there are no pics of it
I mean why not show a pic of the biggest selling point of the property?

I'm looking in the Gympie area and if you want a good shed Reads90 then this is the place to look. One place had a fully kitted out mechanical workshop for working on semi trailers. The entire semi would have fitted in this shed! Unfortunately out of my price range

So why didnt you retire to the sunny coast of Spain like all the criminals and gangsters in the Bill do

last convicts shipped for a holiday to our fair shores were 150 years ago at least and after WWII we even paid for holidaymakers to visit us for $10 a family

well, congrat's on the house, looks like a good home.
i did notice that there were no land rover spots on the floor, so we on the 'coast will be happy to come up for the garage and driveway spotting party.

    G'day Reads

Congratulations on your new purchase It looks like both the house and grounds are in good condition, just make sure that you have a through pest (Termite) inspection, as this is a problem in S.E Qld. and Weeds does have a point there
