It's raining lightly at the moment just enough to give the lawn a break.

There was lots of lightning & thunder and some rain falling towards Andrews place & hopefully help with the fires over that way

I should have read your post first

Toilet works well no need to bring yours, it is outside anyway, the house was built in 1937 when men where men & brave enough to go outside in winter to the loo.

I'd like a week of it, but what we got today only dampened things down, hoping for more tomorrow.

I'm still waiting for my son to bring up a new expansion tank for the radiator on the Rangie before I go any where tomorrow, hopefully he will be here before soon.

Thats good news andrew, both on the fire and you being able to make it. Provided dave is all good getting over the mountains you should see us before ten, providing Dave doesnt get us lost.
