    I would prefer to eat Roo over cow or sheep as the latter 2 are hard-hoofed animals not originally from Oz - BUT OHHHHHHHHHHH the smell while the mince (more than steaks) is cooking just stinks like the tip - it really puts me off. Anyone else notice the rancid smell during the cooking process?

    I guess I need to douse it in marinade/herbs - this could help.

    More smoke from BBQ and then more beer tends to ward off the cooking aroma
