Well there would be , prob Dutch as they landed a long time before your wig wearing forefathers
I believe the Aboriginals here in Perth hold "Invasion day" at the Swan River .

But Poms have a way of making everything about them

    Australia Day.

The Poms colonised the place as at least being a good place to dump convicts in and the others just sailed past.
If the Abos want to whinge as well, maybe they should consider what would have happened if the French had been in charge instead.
There probably wouldn't have been any of them left to whinge.
After 34 years I don't take any notice of it Reads90.

What about the Japanese! They weren't really into cultural diversity either

Yeah, and I'm with you shorty. My forebears were transported for no good reason, other than being Irish.

However, the invaders were probably the best of a bad bunch.

Gondwana could have been Dutch, Portogese, Spanish, French, Russian German, or Japanese, depending on the time in history....

Sadly tho', it would have never stayed pure...

Would have been interesting if the Italians got here before the poms...LOL!

We'd all be driving two Ferraris (one in the workshop and one on the road) and/or three Fiats (two in the workshop and one on the road).

And eating pizza and pasta and cabanossi.....and wearing Gucci, Pucci, Fiorucci or Prada...crikey!

Reminds me, must get dinner organised.....after I polish the Guccis...

Two of my ancestors were sent out to WA at His Majesty's expense!

All one of them did was pinch a bit of rope

mind you, it did have a horse at the other end!
