    Resized down to 800x600 and dropped the quality down further and worked OK, it also took the one that had been waiting to be processed through as well (1024x768 with higher qual).

    i upped the allowed size to 1024

    it "SHOULD" resize bigger pics down when it is working correctly, which it "SEEMS" to be doing now...

    gotta be better ways of spending the wee hours.. :P
