it is very sensitive to the size of the pic.
some seem to be fine and others fail... am doing what i can to get to the bottom of it.

Just been trying to get a couple of pics into the gallery.
I get the message they uploaded, but are now sitting in a queue waiting to be processed. I seem to remember another step where they could be renamed etc but I dont seem to be able to get to it.
Anybody point me in the right direction. (I noticed scouse just uploaded a pic so the gallery must be working OK.

i just uploaded about 10 pics and got the blank page at the end, but went back to forum then back into galleries and new pics today and they were there....
i love computers....
