Just had him in here getting some work done on the UK spec Defender 110.
Engine oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter. Grease the underside as required.
Also spotted the badly worn draglink balljoint (LHS), now replaced. And the plastic plug in the thermostat housing (fell to bits while extracting, brass plug now fitted).
He and his wife were very friendly and appeared to be having a great time in their travels. The service book had some interesting stamps too.

foreign dollars good for economy, get him to buy the Sydney Harbour Bridge, its 75 years old he needs a icon tourist spot to match his landie
Didn't get a chance to look in the service book again.
We didn't end up fitting the maxi flanges. He decided to keep it all original LR. LR axles, LR drive flanges. No conversion to oil lubed wheel bearings. Less $$ in labour, many more $$ in parts.
