LOL! Some feedback from at least one person would be nice! I'm looking forward to hearing from people as to how it performs in general as I'm on a very quick network and it runs fine for me.
Please?????????![]()
The official Expo '07 website is up for perusal.

It's a flash site, so may take a while if you're on a modem - sorry, but I'll do one from the ground-up next year which will be a bit faster. Seems to work well though.
Cheers
Chris

Looks good in general, easy to navigate too.
You could add a few more more pictures.
Print is very small (or is it because I'm using a 1280x1024 resolution)
Turn the music off by default, personally I hate sites that start up playing music.

Looks very good Chris. I'm on a relatively slow connection (Unwired) and after the initial load sequence the response is perfect. I like the gallery with thumbnails on the side.
With regards to content, perhaps more information for potential exhibitors. If I was keen to get a trade stand who should I contact?
Really like the tunes in the background ... good choice.![]()
Hi Chris,
Is it really just for perusal? I mean if this particular flash only for 2007 event, it does the job, but not for 100%: no registration, can't print, no info like
9:00 - Official opening at ... ground
9:30 - D3 Offroad Demo presented by Trivett Land Rover at ...
12:00 - Lottery drawing at Museum of Fire (use your ticket number for...)
etc. etc. etc.
If i'm interested in something I would like to see more detailed information before I go.
- About Expo: font size small, lines too long, so difficult to read. Can be better to format text in 2 columns, like a newspaper, imho.
- About The Club: all the same + where is the club's logo?
- How to get to Expo: could be good to make the map printable. or even better to make include from google-map, so you can zoom in/out, etc.
- Expo Photos: took me time to guess to move my mouse and get pics preview
- Club Trips: might be good to have caption for every picture, so when you click on some, you get caption somewhere. Once you move mouse out, you get clear picture.
- Series Vehicles: what this for? Should it be "after-series" vehicles, protos, etc. Or might be some sort of description should be on this page.
Of course it is my view, don't take it too close
I used to develop web sites some time.

Good to see my rig is so prominent on the site
Looking good but yes the text size is small.
About 30 secs to load for me, so not too bad. The progress bar let's you know how it's going, so that is no drama at all.
Good photos, but as said by a few, the text is hard for my 45 year old eyes to read.
Great job mate..... But the blokes are right about the text size...
