Thought it might have, but the pic wasn't clear, they are some of the rare bits now, it probably has the engine governor or hand throttle as well the other rare accessories were the chaff guards for the grille and drive shafts, I see that it doesn't have the "Optional Passenger S/wiper" 'tis a long way from the current offering BUT just as functional

I have the motor but its nackered. We also picked up split rims off an earlier 48. There like the jeep splits. Deflate, break the bead undo bolts and change tyre. etc etc.

The Split "Combat" rims were also an optional extra what is wrong with the motor, as I still have some contacts for parts but probably can't do new crankshaft or camshaft, but most other stuff be available, just take a bit of time sourcing

I will look around and see if I can get the right period wiper motor for you, if not a similar one from series 2, as there was about 3 or 4 diferent body shapes of the motor, any chance of a pic please, if you wish to rebuild the motor you have try Kevin Baker at K B Classic Spares in Witta near Maleny Qld, he is THE lucas man,has about 55,000 spares from 30's to Current he is not on the net but can be contacted by phone or fax, just give him any numbers of the wiper motor for ID, I used to know him in my working lofe about 30 years ago, when Lucas up and left Aust he went around the dealers and bought their old stock so hence the NOS parts, his contact No. (07)54 944 221, Fax (07)54 944 114, he may even have some UK,European,US electrical gear from WW11 period

Tell him you are from REMLR registry and a vintage Landy owner, he loves them

    cheers
