Hi,

Well After trying out the difflocks today over some well know obstacles I can say I'm in love withe the new set up 100%over standard like a different vehicle.
This time last Year 3 attempts at this obstacle with 4 wheel low, centre diff lock on
The said obstacle with my 14yr old as a scale
Now with difflock love on, max traction got over by bit more than idle almost unbelieveable

perhaps I shouldn't mention that I idled up that bit (in the dry) without lockers (and with the tyres on 40psi)
In Nigel's defense, it was pretty wet when we tried it the first time and he failed (even though it doesn't come out in the photo). In the wet I think you'd need lockers, because a run-up is out of the question unless you want to pick the shock mounts out of your bonnet ....
Looking almost like my old D1 there, Nigel!!
Cheers,
Gordon
cheers Gordon your D1 was my motivation for change, just a few suspension modds left and she will be completeThat ostacle was not even a challenge this time round with the extra ground clearence it seems to tackle everything with ease....
Oh Ben it was wet again and my tyres were at 40psi also the difference between the before diff lock and after is truly amazing..to the point I will never own a 4 wheel drive again without them..
