Ask anyone. They all have an age that they feel inside. Mostly it seems to be in the 20's, which is probably when most people feel grown up and responsible and are still having a lot of fun in life before things like mortgages and kids take the edge off life a bit. I often ask the old folk how young they feel inside...it makes for some very interesting conversation.

Sadly tho, no matter how old you feel, your body is generally the age it is and the older it gets the more it starts to break down. So while you think you can still do all those things you could at 20, it just doesn't happen the same way Of course, if you use and abuse the body you have it gets old even faster!!
